She is survived by: her husband Charles Leo Blair; her children, Charles Scott Blair (Brenda), Craig Blair (Holly) and Deborah Sammons (John); her grandchildren, Arielle Thiel (Dustin), McKenzie Blair, Trent Blair (Heritage), Anthony Blair (Kendall), Lynae Dao (Phuc), Dereck Sammons, Dillon Sammons (Bethany), Jordan Blair, Jessica Lucas (Tom) and Josie Blair; her siblings, Joyce Lindsay (William) and Dennis Schade; and her brother-in-law Don Frisch. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
