He is survived by: his children, Kathy McGuire of New Haven, Marilyn (Henry Fetty), David (Trisha Russell) and Randy (Lisa Russell); his grandchildren, Shawn McGuire (Christopher Young), Tresa Gibbs and Katrina Cottrill; and his former wife Josephine Rhoades. He is also survived by several great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
