She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bouillon and Corrine Bouillon (Frankart); her husband Ralph Lortz of Carey; her daughter Lynette Perkins; her grandchildren, Lorri, Chase and Ryan Lortz; and her siblings, Gerald Bouillon (JoAnn), Jim (Mary Alice), Carl Bouillon, Josephine Kimmet (Ralph), Floyd Bouillon (Anna Elchert), Harold Bouillon and Theresa Bouillon.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Lortz (Vicky) of Wharton, Kenneth Lortz (Karen) of Carey, Mary Eingle (Charles) of Tiffin, Philip Lortz of Columbus and Donna Fagan (Todd) of Wharton; her sister Mary Ellen Hoffman (Carl); and her sister-in-law Rita Bouillon.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stombaugh-Batton & Snyder Funeral Home (225 W Findlay St, Carey, OH 43316). A Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Consolation Parish (315 Clay St, Carey, OH 43316).
