She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Speas and Della Speas (Masoncup); her husband Raymond H. Foster of Durango, CO; and her siblings, Richard Speas, Mary Francis "Frankie" Moser and Dorothy Whitman.
She is survived by: her son Howard Foster (Joe Prater) of Cardington; her grandchildren, Christopher (Jessica), Joel (Stacy) and Jennifer (Deb); and her sister Sylvia Shore of North Carolina. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
