He is survived by: his wife Glenda (Hogston); his sons, Kevin and Christopher Fitzpatrick; and his extended family, Joey Reed, Carl, Courtney, Clark and Claire Burgazli.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cardington Community Building (111 W 2nd St, Cardington, OH 43315).
