She was predeceased by: her parents, Carley M. Mullins and Hester M. Mullins (Francisco); her siblings, Eugene Mullins and Louise Ramey; her daughter Jeri Mahaffey; and her son-in-law Donald Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Taylor (Deborah) of Marengo, Carla Lanum (Rick) of Marengo, Danielle Webb (Jeff) of Cardington and Paula Powell of Marengo; her siblings, Fay Holloway of Clintwood, VA, Vivian Ramey of Clintwood, VA, Danny Mullins of Clintwood, VA and Donna Childress of Clintwood, VA; and her son-in-law Rick Mahaffey of Cardington. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
