He is survived by: his sons, Curt Smith (Chrystal) of Marengo and John Smith (Jessica) of Calhan, CO.; his stepson Anthony "Tony" Thomas of Columbus; his grandchildren, Caleb, Madison and Cassidy Smith; his wife's daughter Elizabeth Ufferman of Cardington; and his siblings, Janice Harris (George) of Fredericktown, Judy Jordan (Pete) of Cardington, Kathy Davies of Bladensburg, Billie Jo Kuhnkel (John) of Howard, Shirley Ann Mercier and Bob Woosley (Teresa) of Mt. Vernon.
