He was predeceased by: his father Charles W. Eubanks; and his brother Scott Eubanks. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Eubanks (Gordon) of Cardington; his son Kyle Eubanks (Kelsey) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Farrah; his siblings, Robin Crum (James) of Cardington, Jackie Patingale (Richard) of Delaware and Charles Eubanks (Elizabeth) of Delaware; and his grandmother Betty Gordon of Marengo. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
