He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Hughes and Myrtle Hughes (Myers); his wife Deborah Hannah-Hughes; and his brothers, Mark and Jeffrey Hughes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Hannah, Lora Hannah of Columbus and Misty Coyer (Mark) of Groveport; and his siblings, Donnie Meyers (Velma) of Pickerington, Donna Guskey of Newark, Pamela Henry of Johnstown, Tina Norris (Donald) of Pataskala and Michael Hughes (Deborah) of Kirkersville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
