He is survived by: his wife Maureen (McMann); his children, Raymond Navarro Jr. (Sherri) of Dublin, Randy Navarro of Mt. Gilead, Dawnell Penacost of Las Vegas, NV., Stacey O'Donnell of York, PA., Sean O'Donnell (Chrissi) of Lutherville, MD. and Kelly O'Donnell of York, PA.; and his sisters, Jackie Coria of Arizona and Sarah Navarro of California. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
