He is survived by: his spouse Winona Eileen (Andrews); and his children, Sandra, Steck of Cardington, Linda Niemann (Steve Grabovich) of Pataskala, David Niemann (Carol) of Lancaster, Ralph Jr. Niemann (Carolyn) of Dublin, Robert Niemann of Groveport and Julie Pastor (Jeff) of Canal Winchester. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
