It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Spaulding (Cardington, Ohio), born in Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on May 16, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne "Shorty" and Flora Wooten (Baldwin). She is survived by: her husband Billy Spaulding Sr. of Cardington; her children, Billy Spaulding Jr. (Audra) of Caledonia, Randy Spaulding (Julie) of Ostrander and Kara Spaulding of Delaware; her grandchildren, Billy Spaulding III (Shay), Ross Spaulding (Alli), Lydia Spaulding, Jacob Spaulding and Benjamin Spaulding; her great grandchildren, Will and Elle Spaulding; and her siblings, Tommy Wooten (Betty) of Green Camp and Peggy Plumley (Mike Shirkey) of Marion. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
