He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Lee Belcher and Lillie May Belcher (Conley); his daughter Crystal Belcher; and his brother Kevin Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda L. Belcher (Rayburn); his son Philip; his daughter-in-law Kayla Belcher; his grandchildren, Eli, Ellie and Zeke; his brother Chris; his sister-in-law Leellen Belcher; his nephews, Ricky, Austin and Aaron; his sister Beth Belcher; his nieces and nephews, Alac and Anesshah; his sister Edith Belcher; his nieces and nephews, Justin and Maegan; his sister-in-law Peggy Belcher; his nieces and nephews, Charlie, Mike, Karrie Blake (family: A. J., Robby, Matt, Nicki), Jessie and Jason Rasey; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Steven, Kaitlyn and Cheyenne; his niece Terri; and his nephew Rob Gotfried.
