He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Oty and Margaret Oty (Ober); his former wife Nancy Lee Workman; his wife Sandra Jean Sexton Waddell; his children, Teresa Oty of Gahanna, Rhonda Oty Everhart (Joe) of Baltimore, OH., Orville Wayne Oty (Neal Raffensberger) of Columbus, Martin Oty of Columbus and Todd Oty (Vicki White) of Mosheim, TN; his son-in-law Tom Adams of Cardington; his daughter Gina Adams; and his siblings, Calvin Oty, John Oty, Ruth Martindill and Norma Jean See. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
