It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Opal Mae Newlun of Cardington, Ohio, born in Athens, Ohio, who passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert L. Bailey and Clara M. Bailey (Cullison); and her siblings, Hubert, Donald, Eugene Bailey, Kathleen Chrihfield, Juanita, Irene Buck, Ann, Geraldine Mace, Maxine Spaulding, Elaine Cheeseman and Ruth Martin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Jo Grinstead (Andy) of Holladay and Candy Jo Danforth of Mount Gilead; her grandchildren, Amy Kipfinger (Thom), Melissa Fleming (Jeff), Kyle Grinstead (Kenzie), Lauren Grinstead, Caroline Grinstead and Thomas Grinstead; and her great grandchildren, Brittany Wolf-Delawder, Jacob Adams, Cadence Fleming, Cooper Fleming, Phoebe Grinstead and James Grinstead.
