He was predeceased by: his father Alfred L. Miller. He is survived by: his daughters, Tonia Hoffman of Cardington and Tammy Hinkle of Mt. Gilead; his grandchildren, Erik Yake and April Hoffman; and his brothers, Ken Miller of Florida, Bob Miller (Judy) of Florida and John Miller (Deb) of North Carolina.
