She was predeceased by: her parents, David Yake and Minna Yake (Mochel); her daughter Elaine Browning (Doug); her husband Sam; and her brothers, Clarence, Don, Bob and George Yake.
She is survived by: her children, Eloise Burfield (Mark) of Bolivar and Allen Thomas (Bonnie); and her stepgrandchildren, Stephanie Gray (Jonathan) and Shannon Smith (Josh).
