She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin and Laura Elizabeth Burnette Sr. (Fields); her husband Arnold Junior Hale; her daughter Donna Mullins; and her siblings, Bill Burnette, Wilma Sargent and Peggy Lester.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Hale (Besta), Tommy Hale (Robin Adams), Darlene Shell (Robert) and Carolyn Hale; her son-in-law Terry Mullins; her grandchildren, Andrew Hale, Elaine Miller (Derek), Cassie Pumphrey (Shane), Maggie Hale, Victoria Hale, Avery Davis, Jeff Shell, Chris Shell and Tommy Pumphrey; her brother Jim Burnette (Della); and her sister-in-law Nell Burnette.
