He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd E. Thomas and Juanita J. Thomas (Sagar). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (VanSickle); his children, Kimberly Hulslander (John) of Columbus, Amanda Holt (Chad) of Cardington and Mike Thomas (Brigit Porteus) of Delaware; and his sisters, Linda Brown (Dean) of Marion, Pamela Thomas-Groves of Westerville and Dixie Biehl (Jeff) of Columbus. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
