He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Simms and Marie Simms (Vermillion); and his brother Thomas Simms. He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Newman); and his children, Cathy Cole (Roger) of Cardington and Brad Simms of Galion. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
