She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Dean and Shirley Joan Ambrose (Wolfe); her daughter Renee Lynn; her nephew Bret Ambrose; and her son-in-law Jeremy Holtrey.
She is survived by: her husband Mark E. Hostutler of Cardington; her children, Mollie Young, Stephanie Hazelet, Chayse Hostutler and Colin Hostutler; her grandchildren, Austan, Alyvia, Allasyn and Avery; her great grandchild Emerie; her siblings, Debbie Ambrose, Brenda Bowles and Brian Ambrose; and her friend April Wright.
