He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl D. Keplar and Elizabeth M. Keplar (Curtis); and his siblings, Ethel Fain and Carl Keplar. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Mae (Carpenter); and his children, John Keplar (Karen) of Cardington, Wes Keplar of Mount Gilead, Dennis Armstrong of Cambridge and Michelle Kawinski (Steven) of Raleigh, NC.. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
