He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Ebert Clinger and Donald George Clinger; and his sisters-in-law, Pam Foltz Clinger, Joy Fisher and Jeanne Ann Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Fisher; his daughters, Megan Clinger and Sarah Clinger-Grzeskowiak (Steve); his grandchildren, Rue Grzeskowiak, Faye Grzeskowiak and Jamison Clinger; his siblings, Vickie Ullom (Jim) and Ben Clinger (Robin); and his brothers-in-law, Tom Fisher (Deb Rohrbach), David Fisher (Suzanne) and Jim Fisher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
