He is survived by: his close friend Teresa Swango; his children, Cari Snyder (Tammy Ecker), Michelle Collins (Rick) and Kevin Collins; and his siblings, Jean George, Terry Black (Jeffords) and Patricia Longbrake (George). He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
