She was predeceased by: her parents, James S. Casperson and Alma C. Casperson (Layman); her husband James Richard Mason; her children, Debbie Mason, Jerry Lee Mason and James R. Mason Jr.; her sisters, Betty Grace, Nancy Hendricks, Kathryn Yaney, Mary Margaret Casperson and Barbara Ellen Casperson; and her great grandchild Tiffany.
She is survived by: her children, Gearld Mason (Loretta) of Cardington and Cheryl Prater (Jim) of Marion; and her daughter-in-law Angela Mason of Marion. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren with one on the way, and one great-great grandchild.
