He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet H. Benedict and Ivah G. Benedict (Crist). He is survived by: his wife Leona "Lee" Benedict; his children, Jeri Benedict of Angola, IN. and Jon Benedict of Tallahassee, FL.; and his grandsons, Joshua Benedict (Sophia) and Jacob Benedict (Pam). He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren.
