He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Higgins and Sybil Higgins (Bridinger); and his siblings, Gary Higgins and Shirley Fraizer. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Crislip of Alliance, Betty Elliott of Cardington, Donald Higgins of Milwaukee, WI, James Higgins (Judy) of Cardington, Larry Higgins of Mt. Gilead and Debra Nasiatka of Mt. Gilead. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
