Carl David Cook Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl David Cook of Cardington, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Cook and Anabel Cook (Sheets); and his brother Raymond Cook. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jackson; his children, Debbie Jackson of Delaware, Stacie Barr (Jason) of Westerville, David Cook of Columbus, Michael Jackson of Cardington and Stephen Jackson (Heather Wells) of Cardington; his grandchildren, Mikhael, Andrew, Zachary, Nicholas, Myla, Megan and Carlie; and his great grandchildren, Kai, Anevay, Rayna and Mariah. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Due to COVID restrictions, masks are required while inside the funeral home and social distancing should be practiced.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Morrow County Dog Shelter or Delaware County Humane Society.
