She was predeceased by: her daughter Dolly Ray; her husband Donald E. Blair; her grandson Jeremy Tigner; and her siblings, Robert Hartman, Nancy Hartman and Laura Nelson.
She is survived by: her daughter Erma Mays; her grandson Darik Mays (Megan); her great grandchildren, Dylan of Carbon Hill and Darby Mays of Carbon Hill; her siblings, Vivian Dawn Fosnight (Jim) of South Carolina and Ray Hartman of Nelsonville; her niece Annette Booth of Nelsonville; and also, Larry, Tina, Anna, Josh Myers of Pennsylvania and James Postlewaite of Logan.
