He is survived by: his mother Cindy Caldwell; his daughter Avaya Schlagenhauser; his grandmother Patricia Carnes; his siblings, Steven Schlagenhauser, Mary, Tim Schaffner, Amber Hogg and Danielle Caldwell; his aunt Vicki Blackburn; his grandfather Robert Carnes; his aunt Karen Way; and his cousins, Kendra Carnes and William Bailey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
