He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kelly and Almeda Kelly; and his sisters, Louise, Betty and Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy (McLaughlin); his sons, William Jr. Kelly (Susan) and Edward Kelly (Andrea); his grandchildren, William, Brittany Porteus (Jack), Corey Perez, Victoria Soeder (Jeremy), Sarah Burdg (Christian), Eryn Henkel (Logan), Kelby, Zoe, Max, Ellie, Griffin, Lyla and Finley; his siblings, John Kelly (Linda), Barbara Thouvenin (Joe) and Linda Long; and his brother-in-law Carl McLaughlin (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Bill's name.
