With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera Margaret Sponseller of Canton, Ohio, who passed away on April 4, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvan "Al" Gheen and Georgia Gheen (Goodman); and her husband Donald "Don" Sponseller. She is survived by: her children, Donald E. "Rick" Sponseller (Cindy), Jeff Sponseller (Tony Parsons) and Pam Grissett (Dirk); her grandchildren, Eric Sponseller (Beth), Mandy Domer (Adam), Becky McDaniel (John), Grace Grissett and Zane Grissett; and her great grandchild Jacob Sponseller.
