He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Mowder and Madelyn Mowder; and his siblings, Jack Mowder, Bob Mowder and Jean Braun.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Mowder; his son Rob Mowder (Valerie); his stepchildren, Russ Brown (Polly) and Paula Brahler; and his brother-in-law Bob Emmert.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the William McKinley Masonic Lodge in Tom's memory.
