It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan C. Kahler (Canton, Ohio), who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Susan departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Susan. Though Susan may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold A. Kahler and Ruby M. Kahler (Heiks); her siblings, William A. Kahler and Barbara Neumann; her nieces, Janet Stephen, June Kelley and Lynne Tamburelli; and her cousin Susan Heiks (late Barry Heiks).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel (705 Raff Rd SW, Canton, OH 44710). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Aultman Foundation for their hospice program or to Greenwood Christian Church.
