He is survived by: his wife Carroll Phillips (Rose); his children, Beth Sarachman of Canton, Russ Phillips (Tammy) of Louisville and Jean Wiley of Ft. Myers, FL.; his grandchildren, Russell Phillips III of Canton, Daniel Phillips of Canton, Andrew Sarachman (Lauren) of Canton, Jule Wellner (David) of Canton and Sarah Natale of Baton Rouge, LA; his great grandchild Jacob Wellner; his siblings, Carol McFarren, Jack Phillips (Judy) and Wendy Busnick (Carl); and his sister-in-law Patricia Rose. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
