He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his children, Melissa Hoffman (Dave) of Michigan, Brian of Arizona and Kim (Greg) of Alliance; and his brother Harvey Bungard (Peggy) of Canton. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
