He was predeceased by: his wife Donna C. Rager; his parents, Gerald Rager and Esther Rager; and his sister Geraldine Miller. He is survived by: his children, Steve Rager (Milli), Doreen Speer (Phillip) and Beth Young (George); and his grandchildren, Amanda Deluca, Nicholas Traugh (Krys), Stephanie Davis (Brandon), Jessica Beach (Keith) and Adam Young. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
