He is survived by: his wife Carol Stith; his daughters, Sheila Douglas (George), Denise Sample (Guy), Lisa Tietze (Randy) and Teresa Braswell (James); his grandchildren, Josh Tietze (Lauren), Krysti Marotta (Mike), Bill Sample (Krista), John Sample (Tabitha), Robert Coomes (Hannah) and Beth Pickering (Matt); his great grandchildren, Parker, Madison, Nolan, Declan and Duncan; and his siblings, Elbert Stith Jr. (Stacie), Steve Stith (Georgia), Glen Stith, Nancy Worley (Ron), Kay Welker (Phil) and Chris Stith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
