He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harrigan and Doris Harrigan (Coddington); and his brothers, Frank, Jim and Ken Harrigan.

He is survived by: his brother George A. Harrigan; his nephews, George M. Harrigan (Cynthia) and Miles Harrigan; and his niece Sue Harrigan.
