She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Derwacter and Lyda Derwacter; her son Jason Allen "Stu" Halter; and her sister Tammy Derwacter Newberry. She is survived by: her daughter Amanda K. Halter Haggerty; her son-in-law Ian Haggerty; her grandchildren, Addison, Aiden and Isaiah; and her siblings, Glenda Derwacter, Florence Derwacter Barremore, Wilbur E. Derwacter II (Kathy) and John Derwacter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM. A burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the North Lawn Cemetery (4927 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH 44709).
