He is survived by: his siblings, Vincent, Carlos and Julie; his wife Chrystel Soto (Allen); his children, Jasmine Allen, Brianna Allen, Melaina Soto, Sella Santos, Rafael Soto, Isaiah Allen, Paris Allen and Reuben Soto; and his siblings, Margie Soto, Miriam Cruz, Richard Soto and Frank Soto. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
