It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Elaine Hoffmann (Canton, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on September 7, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fillmore Virgil and Ursula Louise Teeters (Becker); and her brother Robert Ellsworth Teeters. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence E. Hoffmann Jr.; her daughters, Mary Jean Vogt (Christopher) of Hebron, Kathleen Jordan (James) of Akron, Christine Bagley (Mark) of Alliance and Denise Hoffmann of Park City; her grandchildren, Shawn Bagley (Morgan), Lauren Bagley (Mat Marrash), Kyle Jordan, Amanda Jordan (Luke Simmons), Nicholas Jordan (Alarra), Danielle Vogt and David Vogt; her brothers, Kenneth Teeters of Raleigh, N. C. and Walter Teeters (Terry) of Columbus; and her brothers-in-law, Alan Hoffman (Mary) of Parma, Stephen Hoffmann of Jacksonville and William Hoffmann (Yvonne). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
