She is survived by: her sons, Kal-El Smith and Logan Wood (Ron Wood); her mother Linda Smith; her stepfather Dave Shaw; her siblings, Wendy Smith (Brian) and Mahlon Smith Jr. (Amanda); and her friends, Anna, Lisa (Shawn) and Daphney (Josh). She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Huntington Bank 04126714386, a trust set up for her son Logan's college fund.
