With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred Scales of Canton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 15, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert D. Sutler and Ollie Kathleen Sutler; her sons, Steve and Ron Scales; her brother Houston D. Sutler; and her husband William Scales.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Scales of Westminster, Colorado and Lisa Swanigan of Canton, Ohio; her sister Linda Leech-Towner (Ted) of Lynchburg, Virginia; and her grandchildren, Todd, Andy, Tammy, Nicole, Tanja, Chip and Rebecca. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; as well as other loving friends and family.
