He was predeceased by: his father William. He is survived by: his children, Christian (Brittany), Elizabeth (Kyle), William, Joshua and Austin; his mother Margaret; and his siblings, Tom (Deb) and Anne Miller (Ron). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
