He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Demchak and Anne Demchak; and his sister Beverly Kastein. He is survived by: his wife Zana Demchak (Shaheen); his sons, David and Chuck; his sisters, Barbara Johanning (Tom) and Carol Shori; and his mother-in-law Betty Shaheen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
