She was predeceased by: her mother Debra S. Cooper (Radu); her brother Dominic Cooper; her brother-in-law Jeff Neff; and her granddaughter Ada'millia Haywood. She is survived by: her father Clay R. Cooper; her husband Daniel Blackburn Sr.; her children, Delicia Blackburn, Jason Radu (Harley) and Danny Blackburn (Destiny); her siblings, Domnita Neff, April Betz and Clay R Cooper II (Nicole); and her grandchildren, Payton, Jason, Sampson, Laykon Radu, Dimeara, Adantre Haywood and Eliana Blackburn. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
