She was predeceased by: her parents, August Thiessen and Margaret Thiessen (Rusterholz); her husband Phillip Hanood; her son David Hanood; and her brother Richard Thiessen.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Pitzer (Terry) of New Vienna, Denise Schlatt of Canton, Ohio and Phillip Hanood, Jr. of Florida; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Hanood; her grandchildren, Kelly, Jeffrey and Jena; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Quinn, Stella, Guy, Mason, Luke and Karter.
