She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Warner and Marjorie Warner (Weigand); her husband Preston H. Cook; and her siblings-in-law, Michael L. Dragomier and Ruth Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Preston J. Cook of Medina and Melissa J. Cook of Chicago, IL; her siblings, Marc Warner (Gay) of Canton, Lynne Dragomier of North Canton and Marsha McGregor (Rodney) of Hudson, OH.; her brother-in-law Dennis Cook of Lorain, OH.; and her nieces and nephews, John Warner, Michael J. Dragomier, Matthew Dragomier, Drew McGregor, Kate McGregor, Robert Smith, Miranda Smith, Kevin Cook, Lisa Kirkpatrick and Dawn Morse. She is also survived by extended family members and precious friends.
