She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Smith and Lucille Smith; her husband Tom Keagy; her daughter Brenda Young; and her siblings, Sandy Hemrick and John Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Dave Phillips, John Phillips, Mark Phillips and Debbie Gurle; and her sister Vivian Yip. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
